Bring Wellness to Your Worksite
Your employees want options beyond traditional health care coverage. That's why as part of our unique Working Well: Employee Health Education Program, Tufts Health Plan is proud to offer your company a variety of worksite wellness programs, including health related services, computerized health assessments and other relevant health screenings. This program is open to all companies that offer Tufts Health Plan, and all employees are eligible to participate, even if they're not Tufts Health Plan members.

Getting Started
If you'd like to get the ball rolling on a wellness program at your company, we can help. Our professionals can help you form a wellness committee at your company, assess the needs of your employees, provide community resource guides and even provide a health fair planning guide.

Computerized Profiles
Profiles are completed by employees and processed on site. Health Promotion specialists review each individual's results immediately. We will provide your employees with a personalized assessment in one of the following areas:
