Impact Conditions Managed by Tufts Health Plan

Effective July 1, 2010, programs for fully insured members with the following conditions will be managed by Tufts Health Plan case management staff:

• Acid reflux
• Low back pain
• Atrial fibrillation
• Osteoarthritis

Programs for these conditions were formerly managed through a contract with Healthways, Inc.
